I drive underneath approximately four overpasses on my way to work everyday. It’s not uncommon to see people holding signs or signs tacked up with messages about various causes – usually the war, politics, civil rights, etc. I usually find these somewhat obnoxious, because I’m not sure what they really expect the signs to accomplish – but whatev.
Anyway, today there was a sign that had to be the best one I’ve seen. It read, “You look nice today.”
I smiled and decided it was going to be a good day. Thanks to whoever posted the sign; I’m sure you brightened several days. And to the readers of this blog, I'm certain you look nice today, too.
